YONDR Pouch, Textbook, Athletic Equipment, and iPad Return Instructions

Note: ALL ITEMS must be returned AND in good condition to receive diploma/4th quarter final grades.

YONDR Pouch Return

Seniors

• Return YONDR pouches during lunch and flex periods on Thursday, May 14th.

Underclassmen

• Return YONDR pouches during lunch and flex periods on Thursday, May 21st.

Please note that students are expected to return the specific YONDR pouch that was assigned to them at the beginning of the school year (each student was assigned a specific numerical identifier). Any student who fails to return a pouch, returns an irreparably damaged pouch, or returns a pouch that was not assigned to them will be assessed a replacement fee of $40.

Textbook Return

Teachers will coordinate any additional textbook collection instructions.

Those who are exempt from finals:

• Return the textbook on the last day of class directly to your course teacher

Those who are taking finals:

• Return the textbook directly to your course teacher following the exam

Be sure to give your textbook directly to your course teacher so that it may be recorded that it has been returned.

Students will have to coordinate with their teachers regarding the replacement of a lost or stolen textbook.

Athletic Equipment

Spring season athletic equipment and uniforms will be collected at the end of the season. Please look for instructions regarding collection time and location from the athletic department and head coach when your season comes to an end. 

iPad Returns

• Each student must return his or her iPad, case, and charger in good working condition. Please also ensure all stickers and decals are removed from the device.

• Student devices will keep the same login PIN when they are returned next school year. Please take appropriate steps to ensure PINs are not lost or forgotten.

• Students will be charged for the cost of a new replacement for any missing or damaged items.
• Students will not receive their report card or diploma until this is reconciled. 
• Even though students will receive the same iPad back in the fall, it is advised that any files that Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors have saved on their iPad should be copied to their OneDrive. Seniors should be sure to save any items from their OneDrive that they may want after graduation to personal storage.
   

Seniors
