A Transformative Journey to El Salvador

A Transformative Journey to El Salvador

This past June, several seniors, accompanied by Mr. Sheehan, Mr. Placke, and Ms. Millon, traveled to El Salvador to participate in an immersive experience rooted in the heart of Jesuit education.

During their travels, they stayed in the rural community of El Papaturro, where they shared meals, conversations, and games with local families. They also visited the site of the 1989 Jesuit martyrs and spent time at the University of Central America, where they toured the museum, Rose Garden, and chapel.

We are beyond grateful for the hospitality shown by the Salvadoran people and for the opportunity to expose our students to the faith, history, resilience, and dignity of El Salvador.
