Scranton Prep maintains that qualified students may be eligible for the following accommodations.
Extended time (up to 150%) on in-class, mid-term, and final examinations
Use of audio versions of textbooks at home
Enlarged fonts for assessments
Alternatives to the use of a Scantron/”bubble” sheet
Assistance from the Learning Support Specialist in the areas of self-monitoring of work and behavior habits, organizational skills, motivation to work at a high level, self-advocacy, and overall general support.
Families must provide an active I.E.P. provided by the home school district
Documentation from a licensed professional psychologist , educational psychologist or other qualified professional.
