For incoming freshmen-a copy of your students’ most recent immunizations is required prior to the first day of school, as well as a physical exam by your family physician. PIAA physical forms can be used for this requirement, please see that the nurse gets a copy.

For junior year a physical exam is mandated by the State of PA. All juniors must have one, with up-to-date immunizations attached. This must be submitted prior to Nov. 1. PIAA physical forms can be used for this mandate, please see that the nurse gets a copy.

New immunization law (State of Pa.) is in place with regard to the immunization for meningitis.  Please contact your physician with concerns.
