Graduation Weekend
Friday, June 3rd: Baccalaureate Mass in the Xavier Center at 5:00 PM
Regarding tickets:
- The barcode for each ticket is unique and will be scanned upon arrival to our graduation weekend events;
- Please note that due to the ticket scanning check-in process, guests may not exit and reenter the Xavier Center or Loyola Field for the Mass and Commencement, respectively.
Arriving to the Mass at the Xavier Center:
- Doors for the Mass will open at 3:45 PM; the procession of graduates will begin at 4:50 PM;
- We will use the plaza entrance;
- Those who need a ramp to access the gym should please enter via the faculty/staff parking lot behind the school where they will have their tickets scanned there;
- Street parking and the senior and junior lots will be open to all guests and students. The lots behind the school are reserved for the faculty and staff only;
- Again, exiting and reentering the Xavier Center will not be permitted; restrooms are located in the basement level of the school and our elevators will be in operation;
- Guest seating is general seating, first-come first-served.
Saturday, June 4th: Graduation on Loyola Field at 6:30 PM
Arriving to the Commencement at Loyola Field:
- Gates will open at 4:45 PM and we ask all guests to be seated by 6:15; the procession of graduates will begin soon after 6:15;
- We will use two different field entrances; guests may enter at either the Ash/Wyoming Entrance or the Poplar/Wyoming Entrance;
- Those who need a ramp to access the field should enter at the Ash/Wyoming entrance;
- The streets around the field will be closed and no extra spectators will be allowed. Please encourage everyone in your graduate’s fan club to tune into the stream at their homes (see below for streaming information);
- Street parking will be closed off in the immediate vicinity of the field, but the senior and junior lots will be open to all guests and students. The lots behind the school are reserved for the faculty and staff only;
- Again, exiting and reentering the field will not be permitted; we have rented restroom facilities which will be located at the back of the field;
- Guest seating is general seating, first-come first-served.
Each graduate was given four tickets for the Baccalaureate Mass and eight tickets for the Graduation ceremony.
If you will not be using all of your tickets, we kindly ask you to turn them into the school so that some who need an extra ticket might be able to have one depending on the availability of these extra tickets.

- The Commencement begins soon after 6:15, but you can tune in early at 5:45 for the countdown clock and a senior montage that will air before the Commencement begins.
Photos in front of the school:
- The gates in front of the school will be closed after the Commencement;
- Graduates and their families may take photos on the front steps of the school any time before 5:30 PM
