Support a Service Trip

A group of young people are seated on a bus, with a sunny street scene visible through the windows in the background.

Answering the Call to Serve

Each gift supporting service trips opens the door for students to encounter the world in a more meaningful way. Your generosity allows them to step into communities beyond their own, build relationships, and respond to real needs with compassion and empathy. These experiences are not only transformative for those they serve, but for our students as well.

Your support makes these life-changing journeys possible.

I realized that true service isn’t about the amount of volunteering you do, it is about the deep connections you make.

Honduras Service Trip

Serving with Compassion

16 of our senior students, along with Ms. Dooley, Mrs. Kotchick, and Dr. Kotchick, will travel to Escuelita Nazareth to work in a learning environment designed to help children and youth with special needs feel safe, accepted, and valued. The school provides individualized attention and support from teachers who deeply believe in each child's ability to grow, develop life skills, and achieve personalized educational goals. Our students will have the opportunity to support classroom activities, assist with daily routines, and interact with children in ways that encourage confidence, independence, and inclusion.

Faith in Action

17 of our senior students, along with Mr. Placke, Ms. Lopez, and Ms. Millon, will travel to Punta Gorda, Belize, in July to work alongside members of St. Peter Claver Parish, which serves smaller church communities throughout the many villages outside the town. Students will help paint a small church in the village of Blue Creek, supporting efforts to care for and improve a space that plays an important role in the local community. Our students will have the opportunity to encounter a different culture, connect, and learn from the people they meet while contributing to the ongoing work of the parish.

Learning Through Immersion

18 of our senior students, along with Mr. Sheehan, Mr. Placke, and Ms. Millon, will travel to El Salvador to participate in an immersion experience rooted in the heart of Jesuit education and inspired by the witness of the Jesuit martyrs of 1989. Students will stay in a rural community, build relationships with local families, visit the martyrs' sites, and spend time at the University of Central America. Through these experiences, our students will gain a deeper understanding of the history, resilience, faith, and dignity that continue to shape the Salvadoran people.
