We are pleased to welcome you to Scranton Preparatory School’s 2023 Parent Teacher Conference! This day is dedicated to fostering meaningful discussions and collaboration between parents and educators to support your child’s education. Thank you for your active involvement in this important journey.
The conferences on the 16th will be offered in two sessions. The first session will be in person by appointment only from 11:00AM – 2:30 PM. This page is for those conferences only. The conferences from 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM do not require an appointment; please come to the Xavier Center for these conferences.
Please click on Schedule Now to begin the scheduling process for the first session of the Parent Teacher Conferences. Once you click on Schedule Now, you’ll be taken to a new web page that contains a list of our Faculty. Please see below for more details if you are unsure how to proceed.
Once the web page loads, select the faculty member you want to schedule a meeting with, and scroll down to select a date and time.
Next, fill out the fields and then select Book. Please note that both name and email are required. Phone number and notes are optional.
After you click Book, you should receive a pop up confirming that your appointment is now booked. You will also receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.
